Wheel is assembled like stock with loose roller bearings.
*NOTE: Wheels accept metal stem inner tubes.
*NOTE: The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub and measures 3/16 inch from the drum side flange.

Tech Note:
When looking at the star side of the wheel the inner layer of spokes should point clockwise.
